Technology characteristic and function :
1. The main skeleton for combinet is made from 9-curvel model material and welded by 3-connetion to be integrated,shaped fine and fixed firmly.
2. The distance between lower rim and ground is 25mm,above the upper board,there is a round hole every 25mm which strengthen the stress and used for fixing electrical components and power lines.
3. The fixed board with every 25mm can be moved froth and fro to regulate its depth.
4. The circle and square holes every 25mm on the 9-curve model iron firm the inner installation and the apparatus easily. |
5. The cover ,the side board ,the hind board and the bottom board are all firmed with screws,easy to fix and undo inside the combinet.
6. The sponged poly-bar treated by professional glue equipment firms the locks at upper ,middle and lower points,which tightens the combinet, with protection class of IP54.
7. The 3 covers for bottom board input line are changeable and movable,apt to being led with power line.
8. It is easy to fix and undo the basement.
9. Surface treatment; deoiling, phosphorization, electrophoresis priming,outdoor water proof plastical powder.
10. The displacable components for the international qualified machine combinets.
11. Color: RAL7032, seting board: reddish and yellow or plating zinc.
12. Adoption high quality cold install steel-sheet:door 2.0mm,body of box:1.5mm,setting sheet:2.5mm.
